Accessibility statement
Last updated 4 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use uptechture.com, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification or other assistive technology. This statement explains what we have done, what is not perfect yet and how to tell us about problems.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with disabilities, and they make the site easier to use for everyone.
Accessibility is part of how we design, build and test the site, not a one-off task.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with clear headings, landmarks and lists, so assistive technology can understand the structure of each page.
- Keyboard navigation for the whole site, including a “Skip to content” link and menus and other controls that work without a mouse.
- A clearly visible focus indicator on links, buttons and form fields.
- Text and background colours chosen and checked for sufficient colour contrast.
- Reduced motion: when your system asks for reduced motion, we reduce the animations on the site.
- Alt text for meaningful images.
- Form fields with labels, and error messages that explain what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Testing with screen readers and with a keyboard only.
Known limitations
- Some decorative animations and visual effects may not be fully accessible, or may be distracting for some people. If you turn on your system’s reduced-motion setting, these animations are reduced.
- Some third-party content and tools that we do not control may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
If you find any other barrier, please tell us. We will fix it.
Feedback and contact
If you have trouble using any part of the site, email us at uptechture@gmail.com. Please tell us the address of the page and describe the problem. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
If you cannot use one of our forms, you can also send your enquiry by email, or contact us via WhatsApp (link on our Contact page).
How we assessed the site
This statement is based on a self-assessment of the site that our own team carried out in October 2026, including testing with screen readers and with a keyboard. It was not an independent audit.
We will update this statement when we make significant changes to the site or fix the limitations listed above.
