Is your software HIPAA certified?
There is no official HIPAA certification for software or developers. We build systems to support HIPAA compliance, with the required technical safeguards, and work with your compliance lead on the rest.
Where will patient data be stored?
In the region your rules require, such as EU data centres for European providers or HIPAA-eligible cloud services for US providers. Data and backups are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can you connect to our EHR or lab systems?
Yes, where they offer an interface. We work with HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2 and DICOM, and with the APIs of booking, billing and messaging tools. We check each system’s interface options during discovery, before you commit to a fixed quote.
Can patients book and pay online?
Yes. Patients can book, reschedule, complete forms and pay online, with email or SMS reminders to help cut no-shows. Payments run through PCI DSS-compliant providers, so card details never touch your servers.
Do you build software that makes clinical decisions?
